RIA ANTONIOU

Ria Antoniu is a young Greek model, 2nd in Miss Greece pageant 2007. She started early in beauty contests and her first accomplished goal was winning Miss Peloponnesus in 2007. In the international competition “Top Model of the World” she represented Greece, and won 2nd place; she competed in Miss Earth in 2008. 2010 saw her musical debut with the single "Give me", cover of the famous song by Amanda Lear.

She started gaining recognition in Italy January 7 of this year, partecipating to RAI 1's tv show "Ballando con le Stelle" dancing with professional Raimondo Todaro, reaching 3rd place with Anna Tatangelo (with dancer Stefano Di Filippo). Famous now is her catchphrase, originated when, asked about the choreographies and moves of her teacher, she answered he was "discolo" from Greek "diskolos = hard/difficult", in Italian it means bad boy/little rascal.

After the end of the competition, in the new spin-off of "Ballando Con Le Stelle", "Ballando con te" she was promoted co-presenter alongside Milly Carlucci and Paolo Belli.
